I ordered the sky basic package as in not sports or movies but can’t even get peppa pig!

I can't access catch up tv from terrestrial tv or real basics without them asking to upgrade or pay!!

Are you trying to access catchup in HD because you would also need to subscribe to the HD package as well as the Sky Signature package so are you able to access catchup programs in SD ?
