My SKY TV & Broadband was cancelled at the beginning of September. Another provider has taken over my package. SKY stopped providing me with TV, Internet & a phone line ( they wouldn't allow me to keep my phone number! ) on 19th September 2022 but yet im still getting messages saying that i owe them money ! A full months money at that - how does that work ?
Im still trying to talk to someone, with no avail. Has anyone got a telephone number that i can actually speak to a real person please. Incidentally I have sent my SKY (sly) Q hub back as requested
Any Advice please 🙏
getting really fed up of getting no where with them
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Marie

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@moran68 Just to be clear another provider canot take over Sky TV services only broadband & Telephone, therefore did you give them 31 days notice to cancel your TV service?
You should aware Sky bill in advance and even when your end date has been reached ypu may get billed beyond that dat due to how their billing system work. Any credit would be refunded.
If you have Sky Q equipment this also needs to be returned.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@moran68 You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
