I need to contact Sky regarding a previous Mobile Account

Hey,

I've tried calling various numbers this week, being on hold for at least 40 minutes each time.

I really need to contact Sky regarding a payment due on 1st August, I just can't get through. Any ideas?

Try calling when lines open at 7.00am or after 9.00pm when lines are often quieter. Ultimately it's a matter of waiting in the ,queue.

If you are a Sky mobile customerthen the number to use is just 150 so when calling you do need to remain on the line for as long as you can. The wait time is just an estimate so you call might be answered quicker than the stated time. Quieter times areat 7am or 9pm.
