Account suspended

Hello my account has been suspended because of an unpaid bill unfortunately I hadn't realised the direct debits hadn't been payed I get paid on the 10th of this month and can pay in full if it is possible to turn back on until then

We are customers here like you.

 

As your services have been suspended Sky will not restore them until the bill has either been paid in full or all bar £25 has been paid (and this would carry over to the next one). Once you make the payment you will need to set the direct debit up again before reinstatement.

And when you've sorted your bill out, change the payment date to be the day after pay day - then you won't run into this problem again.
