Hello

I used to be with sky but left I have now gone back to sky. I can still log into my old account which has my old address and account number. But if I try to set up new account I can't as my email address is the same as before. I hope someone can help. Do I need to contact sky about this.

Welcome (back?) to the forum 🙂

You need to create a new SkyID and you'll then be able to add your new Sky account to it. You're right, you can't use the same email address, so either change it in your old SkyID or use a different one for the new SkyID.
