I have returned my sky broadband and still being charged

On the 06/02/2022 I returned the SKY broadband in the packagingsent by Sky, I have proof of posting via Post Office and confirming it was delivered.

On the 09th of  February I recive a message saying return equipment as soon as possible to avoid ant non return charges.

How do I contact someone to clarify  this was sent.

@DarrenNick11  It has only been 3 days since you sent it and the email has likely crossed, did you keep proof of postage?    You can track if the item has been received by Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

This might have happened as Sky have yet to book in your returned items so keep an eye on your account and if you do get charged then post back here as we can alert the esclation team who will be able to look into this and issue a refund if required.
