I have ordered sky since last month and i still havent got my router yet.

I have joined sky broadband from last month and I still haven't got my router yet I have been trying to contact the customer service but there is been no help with my issue yet .

When was your activation date?

Are you a new sky subscriber or just upgraded your speed?

What does it say in your orders on your my sky app?
