I have no signal for channel 28 TPTV since yesterday. I’ve rebooted my box, but it hasn’t helped

Cannot get a signal for Talking Pictures TV. Up until yesterday it was fine. I've rebooted twice, but it makes no difference. All the other channels are working well, just TPTV not.

Fine here, so not a broadcast problem. It will either be poor weather related or a problem with your dish setup. It it persists call Sky to book an engineer and they'll investigate.

Talking Pictures changed transponder recently, so if your dish is very slightly out of alignment, that may be why you can't receive it.
