I have Sky signature package and my catch won't work says I need to upgrade

I have Sky signature package and my catch won't work it says I need to upgrade. I thought catch up was free. Can anyone help?

hi @Connie62 

 

try changing the default download preference to SD in

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

If you  have the HD add on or the above does not sort you please let us know so we can escalate to SKY

I'm not sure. I only had sky installed yesterday, how do I check that?
