I already cancelled and I need to pay for non-returning the router

Hi,

I cancelled my account and left the country before a letter with all the information re returning the router arrived home. I am willing to pay the non-returning charges but I am exhausted of waiting lots of minutes calling from abroad (every time I call it is said there is an XX numer of minutes of waiting) to give my details so that Sky can get paid. Is there any other quicker way to get to someone and pay the non-returning fees of my Sky Broadband Hub?

Thanks.

Unfortunately you cannot just pay it. It has to be added to the account and then you can add it. If you have been told how much it will be, you could always make a one off payment to the account to that value, leaving it in credit till the charge is applied which will then obviously be taken from what you paid.

I wouldn't waste any more time in a queue calling as no one will be able to add it on, its an automatic process.

Perhaps try here for making payments to your account.

Thanks

Thanks @Lisa-P1987 . I didn't think of leaving my account in credit.

Thanks!
