Please can anyone help me ?

I have just got a new tablet with Alexa on it, I made a mistake with my email address ,and I don't know how to change it !

it won't let me by pass it and I can't get out of that page

What tablet is this and have you tried resetting it back to it's original condition that it was in when you first got it from Sky ?
