Your post isn't very clear so what is it you want to do, are you trying to download a program from your Sky Q box to your phone and the Sky Go app or do you want to set a recording from your phone to your Q box ?

You record content on the Sky box, then transfer it to the Go app device (which can only be done at home with both devices on the same data network).  Not all Recorded content can be transferred.
