How do I order  an upgraded SkyQ bix

@Tim+G+1235Phone Sky and make it very clear what you want and when you receive the new one check it is what you ordered before you connect it as Sky seem to often send out the wrong boxes.

I don't know what the current charge is but it was £25.

The link below gives details of the boxes and a link to upgrade but some people have reported the upgrade link does not work but worth a try.
