How am I given a discount to have the same discount added in adminstration Sharp Practice Shamefull

Am I the only person, hardly think so that has been taken to the cleaners by this shamefull company!

To have been put on the charge by minute phone tariff to recieve a discount and have this discount added in adminstration is shamefull in the extreme.

I called today as our broadband is dreadful to be told the only thing they can do is add us to a guarenteed broadband service that is not guarenteed and nobody to come out at £5 per mont ie £60 a year nothing else they can do, and by the way and additional 18 months (again!!!!!!!) on the contract  which obviously I objected to, the only other option is to terminate the contract, which obviously he did not even forward us to the department then came back (david for the record.... how generic is that!)  to find out that  actually he can just send a booster which he said before was not a thing! 

Shamefull and disgusting in this day and age to have been shafted twice so far.... by this company trying to tie us in for an additiona 18 months a time.  Disgusting sharp practice.   Shamefull..

  • The discount is for the duration of your new minimum term and the admin fee is a one-off?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
