@Michelle+copeland  Were you more than two weeks late paying your bill ?

 

if so Sky will insist on you paying the next month's bill in advance before restoring service 

 

you also need to ensure you setup a new continuous payment method

@Michelle+copeland  When did you pay?  Had your services already been restricted before you m,ade payment?

 

If so you would also need to ensure a new Direct Debit is setup and  may need to pay for the next month also.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can set up your payment method here @Michelle+copeland :

Once you have done this and the payment has cleared your services should be restored.

  • I would call Sky and if directed to pay your outstanding bill do so and set up the continuous payment method as discussed above.
  • Any bill errors can be discussed and credits applied once you are able to talk to Sky.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
