Trying to connect my Hive Hub and message just keeps saying " sorry we cannot find your hub check it's id number and internet connection"
Id number is correct and internet is working fine?

managed to resolve thanks I was trying to link it to the wrong email address. All working now 👍

i also have the problem where the hive hub doesn't connect to the sky q router
i have disabled sky shield
Any suggestions please

My problem was I was trying to connect using the wrong email address so was my mistake.
once I used the correct email address it
re -connected okay.
