Have you tried the codes from Sky's remote code finder here?

Also try 0206 which is a generic code that works for many LG TVs.

also have this model, which isn't listed on Sky's wonderful remote code lists.

0206 doesn't work, nor do the first ten numbers helpfully suggested by Sky ...

Lg Tech support helpfully pass the buck and say "you need to talk to Sky". LG don't care cos they've sold you their box and have no concept of customer service, and as we all know Sky support is legendary.

To be fair, it's your tv emote that's designed to control your tv. Sky provide the facility to use their remote for some tvs as a courtesy.

Have,you tried searching all the codes on your Sky remote to see if there's one that works?

possibly not all, but certainly until i was terminally bored.

i just believe that technology should work for the benefit of its users.

i think LG should spend the time discovering what codes work, but they (as I said) don't really give a ....
