Hi I've returned the equipment when told to not sure why you've not received

You don't need to call Sky if you haven't already as your post has been escalated to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear on the right handside of this page.

Hi I've returned the equipment back as soon as you sent me the box, that was about 2 months ago, since then I have miss placed the receipt
