Help! Internet down setting up terrestrial

Hi can somebody please help. Our Internet has been down since Saturday evening due to high winds. We're waiting on an engineer but in the meantime have no Internet or sky glass TV. I have connected a terrestrial cable but can't find anywhere in settings how to get the channels. Can anyone help?
