Hi just say I've not yet had my sky box arrive yet thanknu miss jenny Bellamy

Which Sky box are you referring to?

 

What does you order tracking page show?  https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You aren’t talking to Sky here and there will be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of your post on here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers.

 

If you mean a Sky Q box, the engineer brings it when setting up your system.

If this is a Sky Q box then the installer will bring it with them on your installation date.
