Have a reminder function for programmes

Just got Sky Q wish it had the reminders settings as sometimes people forget

After 2 days use of Sky Q the whole family is missing the reminder option.

Please add this feature to Sky Q as I used it all the time for live events and sports.

it was also really useful for letting me know when my show was about to start when I was just passing the time was ching another channel

I agree. I can't see why we can't remind ourselves when a programme is about to start. Used it all the time on Sky+. Feel like I have downgraded to be honest.

Don't like my sky Q box ,would love to have my old box back,us older people like to book up a nights telly ,but can't do that now with the new box

I have just had Sky Q installed (01/06/2020) and I cant believe the facility to set a programme reminder is not available, this was the most used option in our household, I have found out you can only record the programme, but whats the point in that, you could already record programmes !!! its of no benefit, With this Sky have gone backwards it was such a useful aid, you of course could set the reminder safe in the knowledge as a programme was about to start and you had forgotten it, you wouldnt miss it, Can anybody tell me if there is still an option to go back to the HD box system prior to the Q box ?? When the covid 19 restrictions are over and you can get to speak to a member of staff I will certainly be doing my best to remove the Q box .Very disappointed Sky viewer today.

Hello All       Hope you are Well  ,    I can understand everybody's  point regarding this feature that is missing

                        from Sky Q  but unfortunately, sky do not like to admit to errors which is why the  dual band

                     router for instance  only had two (2)  ports  new version has four (4)  as previous models

                    this reminder tab may well come but probably not soon  SkyQ is a really good product but has

                    faults that will overtime be solved the problem will be how much will it cost & will we want to pay.

The reminder function was of enormous value on my previous sky service , I often start watching something whilst waiting for the programme I prefer to start, the reminder made it easy. Plus often I only really want to see the first half of the news, assuming editors will put the most important items first and switch to another channel I have set a reminder for.

program reminder is a great opption for the sky Q box  as it is on sky +hd box   Really miss this opption !!
