Programme reminder

I Just want to be reminded when the programme I want to watch is on whilst I watch something else!!

I don't understand what u want a reminder just set it to set a series record and I really don't think any company will care about people fast forwarding through the adverts that's what the button is for,  they look at it as they will probably get 25% of the viewers of the program they have there advert some will buy some won't and people have been fast forwarding since the vcr

This feature was helpful for my elderly parent who suffers with her memory, I just swapped over to sky Q today and am left bitterly disappointed this feature isn't there. Will probably go back to sky+ as don't think having to record programmes so as not to miss them will work.  Ie, soaps news and chat shows the remainder features was ideal for keeping things in place.  feels like a step or two back getting sky Q.

I have just had Sky Q installed having changed from Sky+ HD. I am happy with the upgrade. However Sky have not included a Series and Programme reminder within this software.  This is a major issue for me. I am not convinced that Sky have thought this through. I use this facility all the time and it is not viable just to set all the reminders to record. I like to watch a lot of these programmes in real time and not stack them up for future viewing. Having read a lot of other customers comments on this issue in the Sky Community surely Sky will address this issue sooner rather than later. With the technology available to Sky, i'm sure the software can be tweaked remotely to add these features and updated via customers phone line connections in the same way one can stream programmes. I have been with Sky for 19 years so I know that this feature is an essential part of the viewing experience. Please Sky listen to your customers!

Please allow Sky Q users to set programme reminders without having to record everything... The function is particularly useful at Christmas when there may be lots of things you want to watch but not necessarily record. When I upgraded to Sky Q I was very frustrated, that many of the best features from Sky+ are no longer available 😡

Just had a Q box installed and it is fine but I was surprised that it is not possible to set a reminder for forthcoming programmes, you do not always want to record things, just get a warning.

Please re-install the reminder function.

Please put a reminder button back, I don't want to record everything, I want reminding to watch the program now! 
Also I don't find the Sky Q remote straight forward to use, the regular one was simpler.

There's a big thread on why reminders and auto channel changes are really missed. So this will probably be merged by forum admin,  as for the remote look up Sly Q accessible remote it's the same style as the old ones, it only works via infrared (line of sight) and not blue tooth like sky Qs main ones but it's much more user friendly avalible to by from the sly shop or if your registered with skys accessibility team you can request a free one.

PLEASE REINSTATE THE REMINDER FUNCTION ONTO THE SKY Q BOX 

HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO LISTEN TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF WHICH THERE WOULD BE NO SKY WITHOUT CUSTOMERS
