Have a reminder function for programmes

Just had Sky Q installed and I am apalled that the reminder function is not available.

We only recorded programs when there is a clash and used reminder for almost everything. It was so usefull. Please re-instate it. I don't want to record everything, I just want a reminder for a particular show I like to watch each week or for live events I don't want to miss.

Use the reminder function on Sky HD all the time. Found it very useful. Really miss it now. Would really like it back.

Just had Sky Q installed, really disappointed that we are unable to set reminders for programs.

We rarely have time to sit down to watch multiple recordings so prefer to watch programs as scheduled. The reminder function was invaluable.

Even Freeview boxes have a set reminder function available on all of their set top boxes. Why on earth would anyone at Sky think this function was no longer needed after all of these years? Not happy that this one bit as this was not explained to me at all before I switched contract! 👎👎👎👎👎

Another person just finding out there is no reminder function on Q. We used the reminder function just as much as record - why record everything? Being reminded of the time to watch something at the time of broadcast isn't odd, just useful!

Just this second had Sky Q installed only to find out through google research and found all these posts about no reminder function.  I use reminder all the time !!  Really not happy. I have now had to set my mobile to remind me, which rather defeats the object 😞 Please add me to the list. I would like the reminder function added to Sky Q please. thank you

Having just got Sky Q installed, cannot believe whoever designed it thought it was a good idea to remove the reminder function. This has got to be the most used and useful button on the whole system. The amount of programs/channels over just a 24 hour period is difficult enough to remember, let alone over a week. The feature really needs to be reinstalled and the person who decided to get rid of it reprimanded. No doubt they were a 21 year old with a very good memory to think this feature is redundant.

Not to have a stop button to use while watching a recording beggars belief also.

 We have just got Sky Q  and are very disgruntled that the reminder facility is no longer there. We used it a lot on Sky HD+ to highlight the start of programme we wanted to see and NOT record. We don't want to record everything!! Why is the Sky Q controller so complicated that us older generation have difficulty getting to grips with it? An instruction leaflet with the controller would have been handy!

Come on Sky - Wake up and listen to yor customers. Without them you wouldn't be here!!! Is it a matter of getting the new equipment into houses and taking the money?

Recently got SkyQ and mostly happy with it but having no reminders is a massive step backwards.
