We have noticed tht hlf our music channels have disappeared and the ones left have been re-numbered to keep the order. Does anyone know why?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe simplistic answer is that the channel owners have decided not to continue to make their channels available via the Sky platform. As to why they've made that decision, you would need to contact them. Often it's for economic reasons.

if so the reduced number in channels is intentional as some broadcasters have decided not to launch on glass
@Mark39 I had the assumption it was glass related but have they dropped satellite feeds as well, don't use the channels myself so wouldn't know

Various music channels closed in 2020 however the only recent changes are MTV Base and MTV Classic becoming MTV 80s and 90s, and BoxHIts becoming a new version of 4Music.
