Thanks for this, hopefully they might work out while it drops frames sometimes when the sound drops out too.

Looks like link supplied to register for testing takes you to unsecured site and does not re-direct to secure one (http rather than https)!

https site is abvailable though?

Have registered, but would like to point out that this sound issue has covered two tv's three amps and every possible cable configuration, cables upgraded  plus hdmi and optical connections tried, also many hours wasted because  until recently Sky always insisted the issue wasn't down to them.

Registered my details.

Hopefully this will help Sky getting this sorted once & for all. It's gone on too long.

Re: HDR v3 box not fit for purpose (sound cutting out)

Further to my last post re: having received my SOFTWARE UPDATE ( 15) afew days ago I am reporting back on the resilts as other community members have. I have just streamed a film ( 2hrs) on SKY CINEMA  & the SOUND DROPOUTS  are still around. NOT SO BAD as before.. The fist happened approx  1hr into the film, the second approx 30mins later together with a very brief PIC FREEZE. So as other people have said this SOFTWARE UPDATE has not fixed the problem. I shall be getting in touch with the so called TECH GUYS at SKY & asking when UPDATE 16 is coming along ( I won,t be holding my breath though). I would urge EVERYONE to keep keeping on at them until they get so fed up with the complaints that maybe this problem will be solved. THERE IS ALWAYS POWER IN NUMBERS!.

I LOVE your somewhat RANDOM USE of block capitals @osankoy. I don't know WHY, but it just MAKES ME SMILE and for that I THANK YOU.

@fizzdisco
Are you suggesting THAT the use of RANDOM capitals could be coNNected to the audio dr   outs that we ke p experi  cing? It's a ve y interes  ng theor .

Re: HDR v3 box not fit for purpose (sound cutting out)

@Kei+M signed up to trial q160.

Nice to see something finally happening. Not sure what my TV model has to do with anything though. I've tried 3 tvs, it's definitely the box
