Hi all, I've recently got married and wondered if I can change my sky ID/email address to my new name? It's currently set up in maiden name. I think I've managed to change my name on my account but not my sky ID or email address.

Just,so you know, we're mainly customers here.

It's not possible to change your email address or your SkyID to reflect your married name, I'm afraid. 

With regard to changing your account name, that's something you would need to give Sky a ring about. I don't think you can change it online: https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/my-account-and-subscription/account-details/change-the-na...

For the email if you want one that reflects your new surname then you would need to setup an email address somewhere else as it isn't possible to setup a new one somewhere else like Gmail (Google) or Outlook.com (Microsoft) and use this instead.

Whilst you cannot change your email address, you can change the "sending name" i.e. the name people see when they get emails from you.

You can do that in your email account at Settings - More settings - Mailboxes and select your Sky mailbox.
