It is one subscription, but you do need to add the Whole Home pack (£10 per month for the whole home) to view the service on both TVs

Re: Glass as a second TV?

So you don't need a pac, but you pay a £10 fee a month regardless which will like both TVs together like multi room?

Correct.  Only get a puck to hook up to an existing non Glass TV

Re: Glass as a second TV?

So if your locked in to a 48 month sky glass contract, your basically locked into sky for that long ? What if you got another streaming device like a fire stick, with stuff on it, would that work? And could you cancel your channels subscription and just pay for Tv?

You are only tied into the Sky TV packs (including the Whole home pack) on a rolling 31 day contract.

This means you can give 31 days notice to cancel all Sky packs.  You would still be liable to continue making payments for any outstand term for the TV replayment plan.

Once Sky TV packs are cancelled, you can continue to use with other devices connected to one of the 3 HDMI ports on the back of tje Sky Glass TV sets. (including Fire TV, Apple TV, Playstaion, Xbox etc etc)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

It is not clear but if you cancel glass I would imagine you would lose all the functionality of pucks as you need the multiroom add on for them to work.

Re: Glass as a second TV?

I've heard everyone will have to get a new subscription when buying a Glass TV... but will the packages be better value for money with the TV? Like I have a good deal with my monthly payments now, you reckon will be even cheaper or more expensive? Hard one to answer I know ....

Expect no offers/deals at this stage. Exisitng discounts you may have will likely NOT carry over.
