Glass Audio Not Working As It Should?

Hi All. Not sure my Glass audio is working as it should. From the literature published it should have 3 forward facing speakers, 2 upward and a sub woofer. Just been watching the football on BT Sport and the only sound appears to be coming from the centre of the soundbar at the bottom. Also changing the bass boost option has no effect. Does anyone know if this is a fault with my TV?

I'm finding the sound awful after the update, far too much treble and little base, I don't think it's a hardware fault. But definitely different.
