Getting error dsu 508

I press to download something but it says I need to upgrade but when i try to do that it says i already have this plan please help

@Matthew0212 Sky signature comes with Boxsets.in SD as standard you may be trying to download the programme in HD

The default download setting is HD so try changing the format to download in SD

you can change the default to SD by Pressing Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.

As well as changing your default download, you also need to select the SD version from All Formats when you choose a show to download. Have you done that?

  • I guess this is the known issue Sky is working on, your viewing card needs a reset signal sending to it.
  • As most success is seen when a Sky adviser loads the card number manually I would call Sky.
  • 150 if you have Sky Mobile or Talk or the number under "Need more help" on this page - Sky Help | Sky.com
