If you call Sky (or anyone) on a number starting 03 it will be covered by any inclusive minutes you have.

@Mazza+040153  Sky don't use email, the forum you've posted in is for Sky/Yahoo email issues.

 

If you tell the forum what the issue is we may be able to help, otherwise you'll need to call them.

@Mazza+040153  Sky use an 03 number, these are local rate numbers, unless they are included within your calls package?  Most providers include them in any minutes.  https://www.sky.com/help/home
