Frozen 2 digital release

Hi, I preordered Frozen 2 for my daughter and it's supposed to be available today in digital form but although it's showing as purchased in my account I can't play it. Is there a certain time today that it will be available? Tia

Hi, exactly the same here, we pre-ordered last week and were pretty sure we had read available to watch from the 16th March but you saying the same has just confirmed it, can anyone advise if this is to be unlocked at a certain time today?

Exact same thing in our house, all exited to watch as thought it'd be available in the morning, now keep checking on the sky app so the toddler doesn't see it and get overly excited again only to be told it's broken then have a meltdown. I'm hoping it'll be midday it comes online otherwise it's not really available on the 16th 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi, I rang sky and it looked as though the purchase hadn't fully gone through as I did it online and my payment card linked to acc had expired. They cancelled that purchase for me and I did it again on sky box but there appears to be problems with the satellite signal in my area and so it's downloading but vvv slowly!

I've currently got 3 little girls waiting to view this. I've ordered both digital release for today like we were told when ordering but absolutely nothing. It was paid and coming up as purchased but unable to watch

I'd ring them mine showed as purchased but no option to play, once I called they were really quick to sort the problem, only issue now is taking forever to download.
