First bill 25£ . Next bill 44£ . Why is not regural payment ?

Enginer not on my broadband because cable is small . Direct debit on 18 june . Why i must pay for offline broadband  ? 

 

1st bill 25£ but next bill 44£ .

We're customers here, not Sky, so we'll need some background details please. Are you new to Sky? Have you checked the breakdown of your next bill to see what makes up the £44?
