I can't find the page you posted, but under network settings it's showing as link speed 100mbps

I'm going to assume the cable I'm using is old maybe,so I've ordered a FLAT CAT8 Shielded 2000MHz 40Gbps Ethernet LAN Ultra HighSpeed Cable from ebay, maybe that is the problem at least a new lead will show me!

@Southwalker Yeah so still running at 100mbps. Sounds like the cable

@jamesn123 just to let you know, I got the new cable today, hooked it up anddd,,,,,full speed!! dowload speed on fast.com was 490 so well happy,thanks for the help,much appreciated!

That's great. 

 

I was going to say, make sure the Cable is Category 5e or above (6, 7, 8 etc). Otherwise, an older class of cable would limit the speed to 100Mbps.
