@Cuckoo69

Your noise margins look like one big ouch whilst line attenuatins suggest you should be closer to 80Mbps

Can you run tests on my sky app and post the info in "more about your connection"

@Cuckoo69Is there nothing there for you to follow up with that status warning that we can see when doing the broadband test? Does it say to phone in or can you book an engineer?

If someone has helped give them Like.

If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

You're close to half your guarantee. You need to contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to book an engineer

Will do. The Openreach job has been raised, but no confirmation of date/time.

Re: Fibre broadband dropping out frequently

Well BTOpenReach attended this morning (I had Covid =Ve last week so had to delay a little). Now at 69mbps. Issue with the divert cable from the BTbox near the front door to the box behind the TV. BT Eng disconnected the box near front door (redundant anyway), and sent a new cable from outside front door, around the building to an entry point behind the TV set-up area.

Will continue to monitor but BB speed is now much better, hopefully fewer drop outs too.

Thanks to all for any advice given.
