Fault codes

On certain recordings with Sky+ hd l get the error code failed recording Technical fault - 10 (28). Can anybody help?

To my knowledge, TF10 faults are usually Planner related. The suffix  28 suggests it's a signal problem.  What is the text associated with the TF reference?
