F1 in my packages

I have just noticed in the musky app under TV/Your Package, I have the F1 package, but I cannot watch the channel, it says I have to upgrade to sky sports.

 

Can anyone help?

HI @Simon126 if that is the F1 legacy package you may need HD pack if trying to watch the HD channel and if trying to watch in UHD the UHD pack 

 

If you don't have the HD pack then make sure you are trying to watch the SD channel - it is 860 on my box but may be a different channel number  for you (maybe different again  on a HD box)

I contacted Sky, my contract was based on the old HD package, they have updated my package and saved me 18.49/month. Thanks Sky!
