External Fibre Routing to house

Looking for advice on the necessary external architecture to support fibre installation to my house.  We are having a new drive laid and I dont want this dug up for the installation; can i simply install trunking to carry a nylon string that can pull the fibre through to the house?  if so, what size of trunking?

Openreach have strict requirements for roadway and pavement ducting, which can be found online in their advice for developers and self-builders,  but for passage across private land typically use a standard grey PVC pipe that can be purchased from various websites.  The issue is more likely to be with its entrance and exit points (particularly access and bend radius) and it's worth noting that they don't have to accept anything offered to them if they decide they can't work with it now or in the future.
