Escalate to Exec Team please

Could you please ask a member of the Executive Team to contact me?  I am now on my THIRD Sky Glass set and am experiencing the very same problems I had with the first.  I have noted that all of the problems I am experiencing are still ongoing with other users, some dating back to November 2021 and still the issues remain.

 

This product was purchased for supposed simplicity.  That it is NOT !!  

 

I look forward to hearing from one of the team.  I see no point in simply returning this THIRD set just to receive a fourth with exactly the same problems !!!! @Exec

I'm afraid you won't get through to an exec level agent via this forum.

You'll get a much better result by phoning them and being firm but polite. 
The reality is that Glass works for some people and not for others. It still has a lot of bugs that need ironing out. That may take weeks, months or never. We don't know. All you can do is negotiate with Sky directly. If you're not happy and they cannot give a definite timeline to improve the system then you may be better off asking for a full refund. Several people on here have successfully done this after several months of troubled Glass use.

@mazda147  The forum cannot escal.ate anything to the Executive team, you need to go through the complaint process like everyone else has to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-customer-complaints-code-of-practice/

 

The Exec Team won't contact you on the back of a forum post, even if they could no one would know who you are or your account details as your forum account & sky accont are not linked due to DPA.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you @GD1 I will start the process.  So frustrated, just like everyone else.  Why can't they just be more helpful and let us know that they are at least trying to solve these issues !!
