I've already written a complaint but can't get that form to work.  Do you have the full email address of the CEO and I'll forward it on right away?

As suggested earlier - google it. Email addresses can't be posted on the forum.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Sky seems to constantly show a complete disregard of what their customers actually want.

Many of us wanted the reminder feature on sky q as is available on sky+, but were told we didn't need it, despite our protestations to the contrary.

They acquire football from leagues we have no interest in and then up the subscription cost to cover it. Have you ever watched an Eriedivisie match?

You mean Sky Never Miss? It has been withdrawn, I'm afraid

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Totally agree with all the comments on this thread. I used NM allot and saying use Top Picks is pointless as it only seems to list stuff that is already in the system not something that may not come on for a number of months such as season one of a series you have just discovered. Like many I question the benefit of Sky for what is around 4xthe price if it's rivals but seems to be reducing its benefits as many are improving theirs. Have been a member of Sky's since I won a box at a work raffle in the early 90s - looks like it may be time to re-evaluate.

@bob1234  It probably went into cyberspace & now those aliens have got hold of it. 😋

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

I have the same question. The new "service" doesn't give you the length of timeout from the series and is by far not as comprehensive. Basically, it sucks.

Something that seems to have gone widely overlooked in all of this, is that the so-called 'new service/replacement' isn't new at all. New Series has been there in its current useless state for years, tucked under the Top Picks section along with Suggestions. Nobody's ever bothered looking at it, because it's useless.

So, when Sky say "we've replaced Never Miss with something better", that's a lie on two counts. One, it's not better and two it's not new.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

I too am really disappointed that Never Miss is no longer accessible.  'Top Picks' is absolutely useless.  It has no afiliation with never miss whatsoever.  I really hope they bring it back otherwise I too, will be leaving SKY.  I have been a loyal customer for seventeen years and rather produce reasoning why never miss will be removed they have taken away one of the main reason why I am with Sky in the first place.  I am very disappointed indeed.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

I used the online form at https://www.sky.com/help/complaints a couple of days ago. I'm not expecting Never Miss to be reinstated, but i DO want Sky to know that i'm not happy with them.

I kept it pretty brief and made 3 points:

- I wanted to formally complain about the removal of the Never Miss service

- I felt it showed poor customer service to remove the service without any warning to their users

- And i pointed out how ridiculous it was to put on the Never Miss page that there were better alternatives despite neither of the alternatives actually doing what Never Miss did.

Haven't received a reply yet (but it was only a couple of days ago, like i said).

Also, anyone struggling with that form - it just means you've not filled something in right. Scroll up the page and see which field is highlighted. For me it was the telephone number (took about 4 tried before i worked out what layout it wanted for the telephone number - guess Sky don't wanna make it too easy for us...).

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Those are the exact same points I made in my letters to Sky......I am not sure I will get a  reply, but if I do not, I will send chase up letters with original letters attached and become a nuisance....!!

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Gone to use NM this morning to finf our Sky have discontinued. Disappointed is an understatement. I made use of the service regularly and had a big list of shows and films that I was waiting to re-air, the new series to become available or to come to sky. I have tweeted sky customer service but am not hopeful of a replay let alone a positive one.
