Why can't anyone from Sky respond to the complaints on here?

They would only be able to repeat the response from customer services already relayed here: that it was a business decision to withdraw Sky Never Miss and it won't be reinstated. Nothing more.

I'm quite sure this is the company line on the matter and consequently no Sky staff will deviate from it.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

That's not really the purpose of these message boards - they're here for discussions between Sky users, not formal complaints. Sky employees will not be expected to monitor them and certainly won't have to respond to them here if they do see them.

Sky, like most large companies, have an official complaints procedure. If anyone here wants their feelings to be known to Sky (rather than just to other users), you need to use the complaints procedure.

I'm not saying it'll make a difference, but if enough people complain then Sky will realise the demand for this kind of service. They may also realise that their customers won't just roll over and do nothing when they pull such ridiculous acts of bad customer service.

complaints should be made in publec, otherwise they can be hidden away. They need to be made responcible for their bullying in forcing their clients down their selfish route

Thanks for the link.

Should I complain under Sky TV? Although likely they'll respond that we can't compain about free services being taken away.

I always thought it was strange they didn't make an app for this service. now I know why.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

I had a reply I can't even read what it say.

I see from your email that you discovered that Never Miss has been cancelled and this has caused inconvenience to you as there is no good replacement on Sky Q to replace it. I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. I can help you with the concern.

I’m sorry to hear that your previous experience with us was unsatisfactory, and I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

I appreciate that you took the time to highlight this to us. Please be assured, we value you as a customer and assure you that your feedback has been taken into consideration. We will also implement this feedback to improve the service we provide

You can also use the Interactive Services on your Sky Box, by pressing 'Interactive' Button on your Sky Remote and selecting My Sky. To be able to use this service you will need a compatible Sky Box that is connected to either your Broadband or a working landline depending on your box model.

When using the Interactive Services you can view your Sky Account details.

I hope this information has helped with your enquiry. If you require any further assistance, you can reply to my email.

See the replies already given.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

The issue is though that none of the replies have amounted to anything remotely resembling an explanation and that is what some subscribers want, an explanation. Hiding behind the words 'business decision' is insufficient.

I don't disagree, but that's all Sky have said and I don't envisage them providing a fuller explanation. The fact that they're giving the same response to multiple customer complaints suggests that it's the official line.
