@bob1234 If they really do know my favourites , before i've even watched them, then perhaps they could also tell me what the winning lottery numbers are. I think what they mean is the programs they think you should watch, which is a totally different thing.

More than that new person uses a sky box though so the favourites they think you might like may not be your favourites. If they base their recommendations on what I've been watching on the sky box then I'm going to get recommended spongebob, peppa pig and octonauts. 
how about let me add my favourite trash shows like teen mom, out daughtered, and c*** like that and just let me know if you ever bother putting another series on!

Dear Sir or Madam,

why did you remove the website of Sky Never Miss - and without any warning? I don’t have Sky Q and I don’t keep my box connected to the internet (for several reasons). So the alternatives you mention when going on the website https://www.sky.com/shop/never-miss/ don’t work.

Why is it not possible to warn your customers a few weeks ahead of such huge changes? My complete list of movies I wanted to be reminded of is now gone! What kind of customer services is that? Removing the lists/access/website without further access and no possibility of decent replacement.

Can you please reply how I am able to get a reminder for movies that are not in the Sky EPG in the next 7 days but maybe in the future.

Been half looking to move away from Sky for a while Never Miss was great to look in advance. Will be looking a lot harder to move now when my contract is up.

What has happened to Sky "Never Miss"?  I have many programs I do not want to miss when a new series is being aired! Completely ridiculous if this is not brought back I will be leaving Sky!

Any idea why? How is anyone supposed to know when a new series or a movie you want to watch is available to view? Absolutely ridiculous even a Netflix has this this option!

Complained to sky yesterday, here is the response.

I would like to inform you that Never Miss feature on sky.com has been removed permanently effective from 18-May-2020.

Hence, if you had registered a show with Never Miss, will no longer receive emails advising them of an upcoming new series.

Click here to visit our My Sky Area on Sky.com, you can view your Sky Account details.

You can also use the Interactive services on your Sky Box, by pressing 'Interactive' Button on your Sky Remote and selecting My Sky.

When using the Interactive Services you can view your bill, upgrade your Sky Subscription, change your payment details, make a payment, view our 'Help & Support' articles and more.

I agree with lots of people here. I have been looking at reasons to leave sky and once my fibre is installed ill be off. Been with them over 15 years but sadly i dont think they will care.

I agree why did u remove the sky never miss and not letting us know. I had my programs that I like set up and now u have to go on ur sky and click on new series which is rubbish. I dont watch any of that I want to see my programs that I picked to be reminded and I'll miss it has I used it alot. Not happy it has gone. Plz bring it back I dont want to miss my shows xxx
