Re: Epgservices sky never miss
+1 for bringing it back.
I've been using it forever to remind me when a new season of a show I like is about to start, as well as prompts for new shows.
Very disappointed with its demise, if there is a petition to bring it back I'd sign it.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
I loved Never Miss, it was great. Whenever I heard about a series that was coming up or a series I'd missed, I'd pop onto Never Miss and add it to my list, so I felt assured I'd know about it when it was going to be on.
I also used it to browse newly listed series and would spot ones that seemed worth a look, so added them to my list.
The alternative to Never Miss is rubbish and I can't see myself using it. I love TV but will be really annoyed to miss programmes I would have enjoyed.
What's the point of paying for Sky TV if I can't find out easily and with little hassle when things are going to be on.
Please please bring back Never Miss. Please please do 🙂

Where is my Never Miss list?
I have had dozens of TV series under my "never miss" listing and it has disappeared and I cannot get to it. Can anyone help me with this please....

Re: Where is my Never Miss list?
I'm afraid the Sky Never Miss service has been withdrawn.

Re: Where is my Never Miss list?
Why has it been removed without letting the customers who used it, know first. ???????

Re: Where is my Never Miss list?
Sky haven't publicly said. I assume, whatever the reason was, it had to be implemented immediately.

Details you had set up of films and shows of interest will be lost, unfortunately.
Why were we not informed up front so we could at least make a copy of what we had set up?
What is the reasoning behind this? Why are you not telling us?

We know this what we want to know is why it was withdrawn and why we had no notice?
I've contacted SKY but they are very dismissive and refuse to to answer these questions.
SKY's attitude about this stinks, they are showing their customers no respect and are not repaying their loyalty.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
You are lucky you could get through....I sat for over two hours this afternoon trying to find some way to get to them on line and in the end phoned....and then went through a zillion steps before I got hold of someone....disgraceful...they are using the Covid virus as an excuse for bad service!!

Re: Sky Nevermiss
Why was there no pre-warning about this? SKY are very good with promoting stuff the may want to add, but not good at alerting people when a service is going to be withdrawn. This is really poor.
How do you suggest we set up alerts for upcoming films. The SKY+ technique, mentioned on the 'new' SKY Never Miss page has no search function or alert function for films!!

It looks like they just don't want us to do this....

Re: Epgservices sky never miss
I have got a postal address for Customer Services up in Scotland and I am going to write to them as emails are hopeless and holding on the phone for someone to answer, is mind bending..... Never Miss was brilliant and I had been using it for about 8 years now!
