Hi, I am due an engineer visit today to get TV box. I was told I'd get a 2 hour time frame the day before but this never happened. When I ring about it, it's a pre recorded service and when I say check arrival time or something else it says to change the date please go to sky. Com
I am not there and need a time frame of anyone knows how I can talk to someone and find out that would be great. Thanks
