Emails not coming through to me
I was successfully receiving emails from a company I subscribe to, however I noticed the emails were then appearing in junk mail, even though I never set this up and I kept flagging as non junk, but now I have stopped getting the emails completely, it's an important email and the company said there's no problems their end and other users are receiving them, could someone help

It could be that Yahoo is filtering them wrongly as spam so that they do not even get to you. Do you have another email address you can use with this company to see if they then come through ?

i have Gmail address and i-cloud address. but not another sky address. Tuesday was last mail-in and only one

If you're using an email app or client, try logging in via your browser and check your Inbox there. Check spam/trash folders too.

Can you not change your registeted email address with this company to one of these to see if the emails then come though ?

I tried to send from gmail and I cloud but no go. From spam across works ok

Applogies I hadn't noticed your were not the topic starter.
Your issue is you are getting no emails coming through to your Sky email account, are they shown here as @Mark39 posted;

If you have an email address then sooner or later you will get spam so this is normal.

I am suspecting that possibly your account has been compromised.
Login here https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email and go to Settings - More Settings and check nothing has been changed especially Filters and Reply to address. If there has been any changes then change your password.
