Why can't I use @sky.com

@blue.fury If you're trying to setup a new account using Sky/Yahoo email then you can't as it is no longer being offered to new customers.

If you're trying to use a Sky.com email address on your Sky account, you can't it needs to be a different email account, gmail offer free accounts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can't use a Sky email address because if you need to reset the password for any reason the reset email would have no where to go if you were using your Sky email address.

It also hasn't been possible to set up a Sky email address for a few years now and in my view Sky are doing you a favour as the email service is run by Yahoo who are not the best.
