ERROR CODE 9050

I have the sky go app on my computer at work. problem is as follows

 

I cant view a lot of the channels as i keep getting error code PFE 9050 saying i am streaming to to many devices. i am losing the available channels 1 by 1.

 

i have uninstalled and re installed the app which did not resolve the issue

 

Any help would be appreciated

What you can stream at the same time depends on your package:

 

  • Sky Go customers can stream on two devices at a time.
  • Sky Go Extra and Multiscreen customers can stream on four devices at a time.

If your device is connected to Sky Q, it'll assume the concurrent streaming limits for Sky Q, ie two. To increase it, disconnect your device from your Sky Q box so that it can use your home WiFi connection: in Sky Go, go to Settings and select Disconnect from Sky Q.
