Downloading free VIP film

Hi

i want to download my free VIP film but it just says pending when I try to ?

You could try deleting it from your download queue and then try again from scratch.

Try purchasing it on the Sky store website, it should still be free, and using the send to sky box button and see if that helps

If @Annie+UK suggestion doesn't work @Bally1966  either because it doesn't show as free or you see the same or similar error then it might be because you account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases and by this I mean free ones like this as well. So if this is the case you would need to get in touch with Sky Store support so they can fix this for you:
