I have a similar problem.

I am trying to download an episode from a boxed set (BBC) in catch up that it says I have already downloaded, it will let me watch it now but I want to download it again. I have a normal Sky HD box not Q

It shows the dotted circle with an arrow indicating that it has already been downloaded, if I could cancel this i could probably download it. Any ideas please

If the programme is in the deleted tab in your planner then you'll have to delete it from there to be able to re-download

Re: Download Issues

Hi Annie

I thought of that, but it is not there it appears that originally I asked it to download the episode but it  didn't carry out the action but indicates that it did.

The only thing I can think of is that the programme was pushed to your box by sky and is stored on the protected part of the harddisk this is why you cannot find it to delete
