Oh well, I will have to just put up with it 

However I say again. If Sky are correct and that  it is a current software issue why am I the only one reporting this issue on this site?

Any ideas?

There was another more recent thread which had around 6 or 7 pages (90-105 posts) but that seems to have disappeared, at least from search results.
It was however visible on page 1 of this forum board at the same time i originally informed you that your issue has indeed been reported many times before.
(And @caesarome had posted in it Smiley Very Happy)

I am still on and off getting the same issue.on my Sky Plus HD  Box.

When I try and download a  programme a message comes up and says download paused etc.

A simple solutionI I go into  Network settings and  press the red  reset button and then problem solved in seconds 

if this is a software issue why is it taking so long to resolve

For some reason for the last few days it won’t let me download anything, I’m trying to watch a series but I’m baffled why it won’t download, any advice?

Can you explain by what you mean by "it won’t let me download anything", what is happening, an error messages for example ?

Sadly we all seem to have the same issue with the sky hd box, downloading is taking hours or not completing at all, how do we fix this please?

Our related download problem is that our Q Box appears (and confirms) to have downloaded programmes from CatchUp TV but when we select to play all we get is a blank blue screen.  We don't have the same problem if watching programmes pre recorded through the Sky Q box. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

@Nicodemus no, I haven't seen that problem. I'd suggest you post on the Sky Q forum. This board is for Sky+.

I have a similar problem.

I am trying to download an episode from a boxed set (BBC) in catch up that it says I have already downloaded, it will let me watch it now but I want to download it again. I have a normal Sky HD box not Q

It shows the dotted circle with an arrow indicating that it has already been downloaded, if I could cancel this i could probably download it. Any ideas please
