Hello, just wondering if anybody can help with a problem we are having with Sky.
We have a Sky+ box. Whenever we try and dowload a programme it fails - sometimes it fails straight away (gets to about 2%) and sometimes it starts downloading but carries on beyond 100% (and never becomes available for viewing). Usually no information is given about the fault but on occasion it says 'Technical Fault 10 (100)'.
Tried all the niormal possible fixes, e.g. unplugging box for 15 mins, planner rebuild, etc... but none work. Recording programmes works fine. We have sky broadband.
Would be hugely grateful of any help/advice on what may be casuign this & how it could be fixed please?

Thanks very much for the advice - seems to be working ok again at the minute after I did a software update following the guidance in your FAQ's. Thanks again
